Forum logic: how to reply, how to know when a thread is locked

I didn't think I was forum naive, but I'll be darned if I can figure out where the reply/contribute to thread button is.

One part of me thinks the forum will hide this function, say if the thread is locked, or perhaps if I don't have permission to reply/contribute.  But, in places like the Deliverance Premise thread, it looks like I should be able to reply, as the last post makes that clear.

I'll make this post and see if I can reply to myself. =)

Also, the Uncut thread has no ability to add new topic or reply. 
Also true with the Character Bios thread.

Probably a glitch from the forum move. Let me know when these are corrected, and I will help test.

   Oh yeah... I forgot tto reply to this.  heheheh.  I am a silly wolf.  I reworked the forum permissions later that day and let Leo know.   Thanks for bringing this to my attention. 

   Anyone who is having forum problems should send me an IM using the buttons under my grrry wolf avatar picture. That's probably the fastest way to get my attention.
